Own entire platform modules end-to-end: data model, API, UI, deployment. You'll ship every week and have direct contact with the operators using your work.

  • 5+ years building production web apps
  • Strong TypeScript, Next.js, Postgres
  • Comfortable wearing the product hat when the spec is thin
  • Bias for shipping over architecting

Senior AI/ML Engineer

Design the agentic layer that runs inside every platform we build — receptionists, triage, drafting, dispatch. AI built into the workflow, not bolted on as a chatbot.

What you bring

  • 3+ years shipping LLM-backed features in production
  • Deep with Anthropic / OpenAI APIs, function calling, eval design
  • Opinions on prompt engineering, retrieval, model selection
  • Can debug a flaky agent at 11pm on a Friday

Lead design across every vertical we ship. You'll design the operator dashboard, the customer portal, the technician's mobile app and the public marketing surfaces — for businesses that actually run on what you make.

What you bring

  • 4+ years designing product end-to-end
  • Portfolio that proves taste, not just polish
  • Figma fluency, Tailwind literacy a bonus
  • Comfortable shipping in week one and iterating in production

Ship fast, not someday

We don't phase like an agency. A working platform goes live in about two weeks — not after a six-month rollout. Everything else is iteration.

The person doing the work every day is the one whose life changes. Buyers come and go; operators are forever.

Generic CRMs and generic ERPs are a tax. We pick an industry, learn it cold, then ship.
