  • 5+ years in People / Talent at a small-to-mid software company
  • Have hired engineers before — you can read a CV without an ATS
  • Strong on UAE labour law + freezone employment specifics
  • Operator mindset, not a check-the-box recruiter

Account Executive — UAE

Own UAE pipeline end-to-end: pool service, dental, salon, pet care, real estate. You'll work directly with the founder on positioning and pricing — no SDR layer, no sales engineering layer.

What you bring

  • 3+ years selling SaaS or services to SMBs in the UAE
  • Networked across at least two of: hospitality, healthcare, real estate, automotive
  • Comfortable carrying a quota and walking into a Dubai industrial-zone office cold
  • Bilingual EN + Arabic strongly preferred
