• "Ordana Labs" / "we" — Ordana Labs FZ-LLC, established in Dubai, UAE
• "Customer" / "you" — the natural or legal person using our services
• "Services" — all software, portals, AI assistants and related services we provide
• "Portal" — the custom business portal we build and host for you

These terms apply to every use of our website (ordanalabs.com, ordanalabs.nl and subdomains), demo portals, and paid services. By using our services you agree to these terms.

Ordana Labs builds custom software for service businesses. Our services include:

• Design and development of a bespoke business portal
• AI-powered customer service via WhatsApp and chat
• Hosting and maintenance of your portal
• Ongoing support and improvements

The exact scope is defined in an individual quote or agreement per customer.

The demo portals (e.g. elektricien.ordanalabs.nl) are for illustration only. The data shown is fictitious. We make no guarantees about the exact functionality of a future portal based on the demo.

• Subscriptions are billed monthly unless otherwise agreed
• Prices are exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise
• Payment is made via direct debit (Stripe) or bank transfer
• In case of late payment we reserve the right to suspend service after 14 days' written notice

• You can cancel your subscription monthly with 30 days' notice
• After cancellation you receive an export of your data in a standard format
• We delete your data within 90 days of termination, unless statutory retention obligations apply

• The source code of your portal is and remains the property of Ordana Labs
• You receive a non-exclusive licence to use the portal for the duration of your subscription
• Your business data, logos, and content remain your property
• We may use your business name and portal as a reference unless you object in writing

Our AI assistants (chat, WhatsApp, assessment) are tools, not a substitute for professional advice. We are not liable for decisions made on the basis of AI-generated answers.

AI can make mistakes. We aim for accuracy but do not guarantee that all answers are correct or complete.

The platform offers tools to track invoices, expenses, VAT overviews, and annual summaries. This functionality is intended as support for your administration and is not a substitute for professional accounting or tax advice.

You remain solely responsible for the accuracy and completeness of your tax filings and compliance with applicable tax laws and regulations. If in doubt, consult a qualified accountant or tax adviser.

We target 99.5% monthly availability. Planned maintenance is announced at least 24 hours in advance. We are not liable for damage resulting from unavailability due to force majeure, cyberattacks, or outages at third parties.

• Our liability is limited to the amount you paid to us in the 3 months preceding the incident
• We are not liable for indirect damage, consequential damage, or lost profits
• We make reasonable efforts to safeguard your data but cannot guarantee absolute security

We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. That policy forms an integral part of these terms.

We may amend these terms. For material changes we will notify you at least 30 days in advance. Continued use after the change date constitutes acceptance.

These terms are governed by Dutch law. Disputes are submitted to the competent court in Amsterdam, Netherlands.
