01Do I get the same walker each time?+
Yes. You get a primary walker who becomes your pet's regular. If they're unwell or on leave, the backup is fully briefed on the profile before the first walk — same notes, same routine.
02What if my pet has special needs?+
Meds, allergies, anxiety triggers, and behavior flags live on your pet's profile. Every walker sees them on their phone before arrival. If a situation exceeds our experience, we tell you upfront and suggest a specialist.
03How do I know the walk actually happened?+
Every visit ends with a photo + note + checklist in your app. We also post it to WhatsApp — many clients forward it straight to the kids.
04What's the pricing?+
AED 70 for a 30-min walk, AED 80 for a drop-in cat visit, AED 180/day boarding, AED 245 full groom. Recurring plans get 10% off. First meet & greet is free.
